Creallo Completes Construction of Seoul’s Largest Mass Production System for 3D Printing

Creallo Inc., an AI-driven online manufacturing service company specializing in industrial-grade solutions, announced today the completion of Seoul’s largest 3D printing mass production system with the addition of six industrial SLA (Stereo Lithography Apparatus) 3D printers.

This expansion comes in response to a consistent increase in customer demand and a growing preference for domestic production due to security and lead time concerns. With the new equipment, Creallo now operates a total of 10 industrial 3D printers and 2 CNC machines at its Seoul headquarters, more than tripling its in-house production capacity in Korea.

The newly installed SLA printers are custom-designed by Creallo, leveraging years of 3D printing service experience and customer feedback. These printers support various resin types, including white, black, and transparent materials. They offer high-speed printing, excellent stability during continuous long-term operation, and exceptional output efficiency. Their unique three-sided frame-shaped granite base structure ensures long-term precision and stability. Additionally, improvements in recoating accuracy and efficiency allow for consistent curing quality across the entire build area, enhancing both productivity and print quality.
